Well, I am starting off this weight loss goal with a little bit of knowledge this time-(belly fat burners). I had done the biggest loser at my office almost a yr ago. Came in 2nd place! I lost 30+ lbs and was feeling great. I actually went to the gym and started making changes to make that gym time happen. My sister moved out and no longer is able to watch my daughter and help with homework. So, no gym for me. I am trying to find workouts for home and see if I can achieve my goals. One thing that still makes me proud is the fact that I have given up RED meat for 1 year now. Can't believe it. I was a steak eater and wanted my burger cooked on the barbie in the summer. I can honestly say that I no longer like the taste of it. My sister now trys hard to show me what I am missing by making food with red meat when my family comes for dinner. Our entire family does not eat red meat. Each one of us are benifiting from our better life style of eating better. It was hard tho thru the holidays and I gained like 15lbs back. But here I am, with another Biggest Loser challange coming up in Feb at my office and I want to not only lose my holiday weight off, but more by summer.
