I have always been goal oriented. That is, I love to set them, not stick with them. I am a gym-joiner. And then I cancel my membership. Seriously, I have changed bank account numbers to get out of a gym membership. Dedicated quitter. Sound familiar? Like many of you out there (I suspect anyways) I am very, very average. Have a great husband and two super-cool kids., just turned 40 (in Dec) and have a solid 10 lbs of wudggies to lose in the typical spots (like waist and tummy, ringing any bells?) I kinda like the online thing so I am going to try this format - i.e. gym+online+eating right. Maybe that's the formula for me. I'd like to pretend some of you are reading this and may find me amusing. I shall try to diligently post weekly. (remember, I am a starter, not a finisher, so don't hold your breath!) How many of us are out there? must be lots! Maybe the community approach will make us all better.
