So far so good. I meet with my trainer last week to go over my diet and workout schedule. Very intense! Had me cut a majority of my carbs and increase my protein intake. Moved my workouts to 6 days a week and starting this week, we go to twice a day. Guess it will be worth it when I am ready to head to boot camp and a former shell of my original self. I have noticed my cardio getting more intense and I am going longer distances. Too everyone out there sticking to their diet/workout to improve yourself I say this, keep up the good work. I have been told by so many people that I will never make it in the Army because I was overweight. This and my goal of enlisting is my motivation to make myself a better person. I will accomplish my goal and I will enlist to serve my country. Keep focused, strong, dedicated, and motivated!!
