I haven't posted anything in a couple of days, but I have sticked to my diet and my workout. My priming phase is pretty much over and today I will into the bulk and strength phase of my workout. Good calories are going to be important over the next couple of months and I need to make sure I am getting enough protein. Today will be heavy weight training and tomorrow will be my cardio conditioning day. I will alternate like this over the next couple of months. Stretching will also be very important over this phase so, I will try and make it a priority to stretch each morning after I wake. Yoga will also be part of my routine. P90X yoga is my yoga of choice so I will pretty much stick to that. I also use P90X for my ab workout, which will also be very important in this stage because that is where most of my core strength will come from. No excuses. Happy Healthy!
