well i've tried woking out befor, but never really took it searious or devoted much time to it , i've never really lived a healthly life , junk food , fast food , pop pop pop , candy , and everything in between , im not a overweight person or super skinny , i'm average , im 5'7 , 150 lbs , im not really active , i sit on my butt and watch tv and when im not doing that im driving in my truck , i believe its because i've gotton so use to being lazy that i think its fine, well not anymore, i've been working for about four weeks now 3-5 day aweek and im really enjoying it, i've started to see changes in my body and i'm very pleased , i look forward to my next workout routine everyday , nextweek being jan 24th im gonna start going for daily walks and maybe even start biking 3-5 miles aday , well im gonna go and take my dogs out , goodnight to the fitness world and hello to my nightly routine , bye for now
