starting the third week

I was a little disappointed at weigh in this morning because the first week I lost 4 lbs and this last (2nd week) I only lost 1 lb. I try to eat right and I am exercising at least 4 times a week. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!
This is the first day of the 3rd week...let's see what happens now.
On the brighter side of things, I have found a workout that I love so that part is easier now.
I guess I should be glad that I have actually lost 5lbs total but now I'm afraid that if I mess up one day that will be gone. Honestly, I'm not liking this diet thing and am afraid that it will be self defeating.
I will reach my goal weight by the time I want to, cuz I am a very determined person but I would like to be able to maintain that weight. I just need to figure out how to do that.
