So I learned a big lesson this week about pizza and wings! I had a really good day eating healthy so when we ordered pizza and wings for dinner I thought it would be ok to just have a few wings and a slice or two of pizza. After entering my food in I was floored to see that a serving of wings from Papa Johns has 46 grams of FAT! Oh my gosh, I could have eaten 4 slices of cheese pizza for less fat from there!!! It helps me so much to stop and think about everything now, I dont put the first thing in my mouth when I am hungry, I stop and think. Drinking lot of water and feeling so much more energy its awesome. I got weighed at the doctors today and I have lost 4 pounds since the last time I was weighed and I have only been doing this for 2 weeks. I am very determined to keep going!
