today is my first day for trying to loss weight and getting healthy. . so far this morning i have done good. im very tired today but when am i not. im keeping a record of what i eat then at the end of the day i put it in the website and see how i have done. i hope this will teach me to choose what i eat better. i need to work on exercising because as of right now i dont really exercise. i run after a 2 year old all day and i work 2 or 3 days a week and those days i am running around a store. my diet is pretty much eat healthy and exercise like everyone elses but im alittle different i have many hormonial problems which slows down my metabolism. which makes it very hard for me to loss weight. i am ready to do this for my self mostly but also to be able to run around and play with my daughter without having to sit down because im out of breathe after 10 minutes.
