Day 7

So today is what is supossed to be my 7th day of working out, but im still on day 5
I am currently working only one day a week, because Im going to school full time. I got called in to work 2 days this past week, which was awesome because I need the money, but it screwed up my workout routine. Usually we workout @1, my husband and I. So I missed out on my 4th and 5th workout. Yesterday I caught up with friday's workout, I was supossed to do both workouts for thursday and friday, but these workouts are intense. I could not do but one workout and I was beat. So today is supossed to do rest day. On sundays we can either rest and recupe or stretch. But today I will do Yesterdays workout instead. I think I will go out for a walk as well. I will work 2 days again this week.
I havent weighed in yet, I dont really want to because i know that even tho Ive been working out for a week and cut down on some calories its still not enough. take today for example, just had a double double burger and fries...over a thousand calories consumed; I have to stretch 200 calories over the rest of the day, not very happy about it. So I will weigh in next Sunday instead.
