ok.. i'm down to like 202. WILL I EVER BREAK FREE OF THE 200's???? oh my gosh.
yes i have to admit i had a pitty me moment this morning.. blah. but i'm already over it.
i'm just going to have to change things up til i find what works for me.. i went saturday and bought a scale to start weighing my food instead of measuring cups. so i think this will help. and adding a mile to my evening and actually doing it!
i'm getting a home gym this week forsure.. i dont care if i have to rent a uhaul truck to get it to my house or put my top down and ride home in the snow with it hanging out my back seat i dont care i will have one this week!!!
my lil hand weights just arent cutting it and i need weights for my legs.i would love a ab thingie too but i dont know where i would put it??
but anyways.. i'm still staying strong! 41 days in and still going for it.i just hope in 40 days i'm still not losing it a pound at a time.. i would like to see at least 2lbs a week.
