New Year

Has joined the gym for the new year. Weighed 287 lbs and since I have started dieting, have gained 3 lbs and can't seem to get it off. Very frustrating!!! Yesterday was REALLY good and gained 1/2 lb. It's hard to keep up the motivation when you are going up, not down. And I've done some serious gym time. Guess I'll have to try to clean up the diet even more, get more water and do cardio every day. It's kind of ridiculous though that I'm having such a hard time when I'm eating WAY better than I was. Not going to give up, I know it will come, it's just frustrating!!
