
Today is the day I start taking my health and weight serious...
I have gained about 15 lbs in the last few months, and that was on top of being over my ideal weight. I've been inspired recently to eat what I love but in a more healthy fashion. Today I wanted to add up all of my nutritional facts for the day. I've never counted calories or tracked anything involving my food intake. I started writing on paper what I've taken in today so far, and decided to look online for some help with tracking. Obviously, I found FitClick. It seems great so far! I still need to learn what my targets should be, but I love the ease of this site thus far.
For the record, my starting weight today is 159lbs. I'm 30 years old, about 5'7", and I'm married with 2 children.
During my weight gain, my husband has lost about 15lbs! Go figure, right?!
So I hope tracking and using this site will help me to stay on track in reaching my goals. I set a pretty high weight goal for myself, but really I just want to feel good about myself, no matter the number on the scale.
