Ok...I haven't checked in a workout or a meal plan in days.  I have approximately 7 1/2 weeks to lose approx 12 lbs to meet my goal.  I have had back pains and headaches for what seems like for ever but I am on some medication now and hopefully that will help so that I can get back to my work outs.

Starting Monday I am going to work my butt off so that I can meet my goal and look hot for the summer.  Still finding it hard to motivate but am hoping that when the headaches are completely gone I will have more energy

Wish me luck...I will check back in on Monday for the start of my new time and will do my best to check in every day.
