End of January and STILL WITH IT!

Im proud to say I've maintained motivation and no cheats... its almost been 30 days! Its safe to say this is the longest I've been on a diet without falling off the wagon! Im so proud of myself. 30 days and approx 23 pounds. WOW!
Persistence, Consistency and Support is the key! (Beside diet + excercise).
My family is coming to town today.... I haven't seen them since Christmas, so I'm hoping they'll notice I look a little more lean! :P
Others are taking notice... which feels great!
Im still trying to push through my plateau and I can see a little results... hopefully by Biggest Loser Weigh In on Wednesday (what a mouthful), I can be down at least 3 pounds....
I'm finding my habits are becoming routine. I make time for ME everyday, which means going to the gym. Before I would tell myself excuses like "I dont have time" or "I dont want to miss my tv show".... but now I have rearranged my life/activites and I know I can always make time. Sometimes it's a challenge, but I do it. I feel bad because I notice I havent been able to find time to walk my dog... but I know thats an excuse and this week I vow to take her right after work... before I go to the gym!
I havent had any booze for the longest time, and I have to say... being the sober one of the weekends BLOWS! Yes, I said it... I dont find I enjoy myself as much, I nurse my water and I leave events early. I just have to continue to be strong!! I have 12 more pounds til my next semi-short term goal. I want to get there by Feb 15!!!!
