Been to the gym this morning...feel great for that!
I am wanting to keep track of calories burned here on fitclick...
however...I have not learned how to track my calories...I input
an exercise and it calculates for me...I don't like that too much...
I have a heart rate moniter which tells me exactly what I have
burned...and so far I can't figure out how to upload my calories
burned info...a little frustrated about that...but, overall it is
a very good day I am having;)
