Hell yeah!!!! My weekly weightloss goal is 2-3 pounds per week. This week I lost 11.2 pounds!!!!!! I am soooooo happy. I know that every week will not bring me results like this, but this motivates me even more to keep working my hardest to get to where I want to be. I hope everyone else is achieving their weightloss as well.........
