Oh, well isn't this neat? Looks just like Microsoft Word! Anyhow, hello. I'd rather stay anonymous, so you can just call me Jane- as in, Jane Doe. Let's start off with the facts:
  • I am 5'4
  • I currently weigh 115 lbs
  • My weight fluctuates daily from 110 to 120
  • I am eighteen years old
I am going to clarify, for myself more than anyone, that I am not fat or overweight. Technically I'm "skinny" but I'm somewhat out of shape. My realistic goal weight is 110 lbs, but seeing as it's not consistant, I'd like to be around 100 lbs, so when I fluctuate, it's between 100 and 110.

A lot of people might have a problem with this, but I assure you, I won't look emancipated or unhealthy, or whatever argument you may have. It's what I'll be happy with, and that's what matters most, isn't it?

I'm not in sports currently, so I do random exercises at random times. They mostly include jumping jacks and crunches, and occasionally, push-ups. Tonight, I plan to do 50 jumping jacks and 15 sit-ups, and maybe some crunches.

I sleep in a lot, so I often miss breakfast and lunch, as I did today. Therefore, my calories are often under 1200, which I know is not exactly healthy, but to be honest, there's not a whole ton of food in my house to eat.

Tonight, we had hamburger helper (cheeseburger macaroni) and a Diet Mountain Dew. I'm hunnnngrryy. The issue with this is that dinner was made at like four in the afternoon, so of course, four hours later, I'm hungry again.

THERE IS NOTHING TO EAT HERE! ugh.
