I've lost weight

ok, im losing weight (about 4 pounds) but this is not what i wanted. I realize im losing fat, but im not increasing muscle probably because im doing cardio exercise and not consuming enough calories. i should also increase my protein intake. im not consuming the 2.2 grams of protein for every pound of weight (210*2.2=462) i dont think thats right, but im only consuming 80--100 a day and that needs to increase. Ive noticed that skinless chicken strips are a great source of protein so i will eat that. I'll continue to use myofusion and eat egg whites to increase protein intake. what else can i do? add weights to my routine?
