Well, I thought my weight loss journey would be easy but now that the majority of my weight has been dropped I have to work. The band is not an easy way out and the people who say we are "taking the easy way out" don't know squat!
You think with the band controlling the amount of food you can eat that it would be easy....and why not, you are probably only eating 1/4 of what you used to! NOT THE CASE......there was a reason they told us to exercise right from day one and that's because rapid weight loss eats up muscle not fat and I get that now!!! So to speed up my weight loss journey I have started jogging during my lunch hours with a co-worker of mine and I do situps and complete weight exercises at night to tone. I'm 1 week into it so I will let you know my progess as I go along. I'm off to Hawaii on March 15 so I want to look good. Boy last year I was almost 100 heavier so I'm looking forward to moving around with less of me on board!!!
