Ouch

Ok, so my body is totally sore. I guess I kinda over did it, but if I don't see results quickly, I always lose motivation. I have been on so many diets and so many workout programs, it's not even funny. What I usually do is stay on the straight and narrow for a few weeks and then I give up, crash and burn, and go back to my old habits. What I have to tell myself this time, is that it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. There is no "end" to my diet. I have to continue to eat smart and exercise FOREVER. So instead of totally eating healthy and exercising like crazy for a week or two, I have to eat relatively healthy and exercise moderately for the rest of my life. It's a hard concept for my brain to understand, but I'm trying. Hopefully, this time will be different? Only time will tell....
