Day 3

Well day number 3 is almost over. So far I'm down 3.5 lbs but I'm sure it's mostly water wieght. I'm counting everything i eat and working on a low carb, low fat, high protein diet. It seems I'm getting a majority of my protien from pork skins and need to find a lower soduim option. My intake the last 3 days have been an average of 1300 calories. I love this tracker b/c i know exactly what's going in my body. The weekend is almost here and I'll have to stay strong.
