Day 5

It's the begining of day 5 and I still feel great. I veered of my diet by eating the buffet last night so i couldn't really count my points for dinner. I was able to stick to my low carb diet. I ate salad with diced ham and chicken with a little house dressing, baked chicken, hamburger steak w/ mushroom gravy, a small peice of bbq chicken, turpnips and a small peice of ham. My water intake has been amazing. I went from drinking diet coke all the time to only allowing myself one per day. I was reluctant to get on the scale this morning after the buffet last night but I did and I'm down another 1.8 lbs.
