Well, well, well....here we are again with the new years resolution...the promises....the diets! Everything from Atkins to the HCG Diet. This time is different. My health has never been an issue when it came to my weight, until now. Now my joints ache. My blood pressure is high, And I can't do things that I could once do easily (ex. tying my shoes, putting on pants and socks....just sitting is hard now!). So here I am now, taking it day by day.watching not so much how much I eat, but what I eat. Yeah I know I'm suppose to be exercising too, but I'm at my biggest, highest weight right now so I'm focusing on getting the eating part down pack first. Here's to a "Lifestyle Change" for the best!
