Today I did some strength training and some hip hop dance. Hip hop dance is so much fun and teaches you new dance moves. I will continue doing this the rest of the week and then starting next week will pick up doing some Zumba on top of the Hip Hop. Smaller waist and smaller dress pant's here I come.
