Hi,  I ask myself almost every morning, what the heck happened?  How did I get this way?  I would say lazy, but I'm not, I'm quite active.  Then again I guess lazy could fall into alot of categories, wouldn't you agree?  I could blame it on having kids, but I know after the first one I worked on it and lost most of the weight, the second one the same thing, then...I guess my brain got lazy and my self esteem, well I think that went out with the first few 'not so healthy' snacks.  Yeah, I guess I will go with lazy, but I think it was mental laziness.  Where as my mind is sharp, the rest of me is paying for it.  I've had bloodclots, health issues and smoked, I honestly didn't think I'm THAT overweight.  (denial)??  But the realization is, I AM overweight, whether by a little or alot.  I decided to make changes in my life, I got back into going to church, I stopped smoking and I started taking care of myself better.  I workout everyday, but Sunday, sometimes I do get to on Saturday, but I stay active.  I guess the part that gets me is I've been doing this for almost a month and I've lost .4 lbs.  WHAT IS THAT!!!!  I lost 5 in the first couple weeks, gained it back and now its .4 ....What am I doing wrong.  I watch everything I eat, and I don't mean as it goes into my mouth, I mean I really think about what it is that I'm going to eat.  Any suggestions on what's going on with me.  I've been told muscle weighs more than fat, I will scream if someone tells me that again, I  do not believe that is true.  I have done the measurements as well, yeah I lost half an inch,  IN MY NECK!   (yeah you can laugh)  let me know what you think about all this I am frustrated but determined to win this life change, I will not stop.  I have a goal and I will get to it, I guess I will just have to keep trying new things until something starts to work.   Thanks for reading my long winded post.   Have a blessed day!    L.
