BACK TO SEXY AND FIT 1

ABOUT A WEEK AGO OR LONGER, I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO AN HEALTHIER EATING HABIT, THAT WOULD CUT MY WEIGHT GAIN DOWN...SO I COULD FIT IN MY CLOTHES SEXY AGAIN...AND FIT INTO THE PANTS THAT I COULDN'T PULL UP PASS MY HIPS.
YESTERDAY I TOOK A WALK DOWNTOWN IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR AND HALF, AT MY PASTE TO REACH...I KNOW THAT ONE MILE WALK, IS 360 CALORIES BURNED...SINCE I DON'T HAVE A TIME PIECE THIS WILL HAVE TO BE LOGGED AS WHEN I LEAVE HOME, AND REACH TOWN...AND I WILL HAVE TO ENTER AN ESTABLISHMENT WITH CLOCK, TO KNOW HOW LONG IT TOOK ME TO WALK OR REACH TOWN.
TODAY{02/25/11} I HAVE NOT WALKED AS YET....AND I HAD 2 BISCUITS WITH ZERO FAT AND CALORIE BUTTER, WITH APPLE JELLY{ CALORIE FOR 2TSP=___?} AND ONE CUP OF MAXWELL HOUSE COFFEE, WITH CREAMER{ CALORIES=___?} AND ABOUT A TSP OR TWO OF SUGAR=___?} I ESTIMATE AT ABOUT 350 CALORIES ALL TOGETHER...TIME:2;55-3:00PM MAX/FIRST MEAL OF THE DAY! YESTERDAY MY CALORIE INTAKE WAS UNDER 1100, AND I GOT A LITTLE EXERCISE TOO....LET'S SEE WHAT TODAYS HOLDS, AND I HAD TWO SMALL MEALS PREPARED HEALTHY AND ONE SNACK!
