Week 1

This is finally going to be the time that I drop the weight I say I'm going to. I would like to lose 15 lbs. by summer! I haven't done so bad this week. I started out the week with more calories than I wanted to, but that's ok. I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and I also bought her Yoga Meltdown DVD. I can't wait until all this snow melts and it starts getting warmer

so I can be active outside! My goal is as soon as it hits 50 degrees I'll walk every day of the week- do Jillian Michaels work outs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday- and ride my bike on the weekends. Throw some tennis and basketball in there sometimes. That way I switch it up and don't get so bored like I normally do.
I want to log my weight watchers points so I don't forget them.

3/2-(If I eat what I plan to eat) 15 pts.
I hope this is finally the summer I feel comfortable in a bathing suit! Wish me luck
