Keep it simple

There's so much to read and so many different diets and lets face it how many have we tried.  Now I'm going to do a healthy lifestyle - simple as that.  No extreme rules - just simply this -  I will eat healthier, and part of that is learning what healthier is.

Sometimes - many times - I didn't eat enough food.  I started eating more and lost 15 pounds.  Simply by making sure I stop what I'm doing and eat.  So if you've got a busy job or are too busy and don't stop working to eat lunch - stop.  It's a hard lessen to learn but you've got to take care of yourself. 

That was lesson 1 - take care of yourself.  Simple enough when said - a little harder to learn - but we can do it.
