Did really well yesterday and stuck with my meal plan. I also did the 30DS and hopefully tonight I can motivate myself to do the Yoga Meltdown. Why can't it just be spring already? It's like 10 degrees outside and it sucks.

I want to be able to go for walks and ride my bike. Ohhhh well just a few more weeks and it will finally start getting warmer!
