Well, I ate well today. I didn't cook, my son did. He made chicken fettuccine alfredo. I thought I was doing good keeping the sauce down, but the pasta is the killer in this dish. 1 cup of noodles, 189 grams of carbs. I still only ate 1600 cals for the day. No workout today, still sore. The Chalean extreme workout is a beast if you haven't worked out in a while, but I like it. I stick to it. Feels like you are going to a real class. Since I started the program out of sequence, I'm going to restart tomorrow on the right schedule. Have not weight myself. Just to early. I am going to wait 30 days before scale. Besides, I am working with weights. Well, good luck to everyone this coming week.
