Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously. . .

It's Monday morning and I'm glad about it! Yes, that's right. G L A D! The weekdays for me are more structured and I tend to do better with my eating. This weekend was better than past weekends but I still struggled.
Saturday morning I drank my cold glass of water first thing with my vitamins and had my nutritional protein bar meal replacement around 6 am. Around 9 am, I had vanilla greek yogurt and a medium size banana w/coffee and splenda. For lunch, I found these weight watcher lunches (garlic mashed potatoes and meatloaf) that hit the spot, along with a few fresh strawberries and of course, 1 tall tall glass of H2O! I felt really good about planning my meals. Later on in the evening is when I got myself into a little trouble. For dinner, had a burger I made with ground pork/ground beef and some sweet potato fries and a RUM and diet COKE! Okay, 2 rum and cokes. None of this is that bad but the drinking makes you eat more! DAH! Wretched one that I am! Who will deliver me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
