Oh my! Did quite a bit exercise for me yesterday! Burned almost 600 calories! I am so proud of myself! Exercising today! Gotta burn that many calories by 12 o'clock! I know that I can do it! I can do the treadmill three more times at 5 minutes a piece! And I know that I can push myself to do 20 minutes on the elliptical machine! I can do this I know I can! I will lose this weight! Eating less today! A medium sized breakfast! A small lunch! and a small small dinner!
Today my legs are sore. Well my calf muscles anyways I wish my thighs were more sore than those though! I am gonna do squats later though that should help tighten up my thighs and should help me burn some calories! I hope so! Well all for now in this gotta go check in with the forum I was posting in!
