Hiatus Over

Good news: I hit my thirty pound weight loss in only 2 months.
Bad news: I took approx 2 week hiatus from my regular gym routine.
But Im back on track! During my hiatus I didn't cheat, I was just too exhausted to exercise... which Im finding is the ultimate key to weight loss. Diet only goes so far unless your busy exercising to keep your metabolism up! So needless to sat over the last 2 weeks I haven't lost any weight. Kinda a plateau but Im going to push myself to start working harder at the gym.
I just need to loose another 30 more pounds in the next two months and I am back to a healthier manageable weight. I can start concentrating on more core and toning exercises...
I hope all my friends out there are still working their butts off too!
