When you suffer from a lot of different mental health issues, it's hard to focus on all of them at once on top of managing your physical health as well. At least it was for me. Ive dieted, but I had very little will power, I have worked out at the gym, however circumstances prevented me from returning at that point in my life. I have even joined a gym, paid for it every other week, and have never been. It's embarrassing, kind of funny, and a huge waste of my money. I have set some simple goals in my life, to get back on track and maintain a more healthy lifestyle. I work in an office, and the most moving around I do is swiveling in my chair to socialize or getting up to update our white board or chat with my boss or co-workers. This is the beginning of a commitment that I should have made and stuck with years ago. But as they say, better late than never. Hopefully, this site will make things more clear for me, and take away a lot of the non leg leg work involved with forming a plan.
