So, It's true.  I haven't lost much weight: 2lbs really.  It seems carbs will be the death of me!  No matter if their "diet" or not.

My diet's slightly changed.  I've been an on/off again pescatarian for around a year.  It's not the animals that I care about.  (Sounds crass, I know).  I just don't trust the government to regulate my meat.  I certainly don't trust them with my money, but I have no real choice in that matter.  I do about my food.  I'm going all organic, especially with the meat.  I have no problem not eating meat unless it's organic and local.  Randy and I went to a farmer's market yesterday and got pork, beef, homemade bread, cheese, and some green beans and spring onions.  The beef was about 4.50 a pound and that isn't that bad really.  If you can do it, I would!  Ground beef at the store may be a dollar cheaper, but your getting ALL beef with no additives, and your paying less taxes on the environmental impacts of "factory farming".

Off my soapbox, I swear.  I'm eating organic and then tanning too.  I know, Randy's already called me on it.

One HUGE benefit I've noticed from all this excercising is an amazing boost in energy.  I can go all day.  Yesterday after hiking and a quick nap, I painted a bathroom by myself.  Yes, me.  I miss yoga when I don't drop by.  For Randy's Birthday, I bought us White Water Rafting Passes.  I cannot get enough of it.  Hope to see some dramatic changes in the next few weeks if I can keep my diet under control!!!
