Week 3

I'm a little late posting this week because for some reason blogs weren't working. But anyway...
Did horrible on the weekend.

I REAAALLLY need to figure something out to keep me on track because I get drunk and then I want to eat everything in sight. Seriously it's pretty bad. But Monday I started right back up doing really well..we started doing some extra exercises so that will help, and as long as it's not raining I'm going for a walk every day. Right now I think it's snowing out but it's not supposed to last.
I started taking some diet pills. Slim Quick. I actually wasn't going to this time but I was looking at them in Walmart and convinced myself to buy some. So we'll see if they help at all. Oh! And I'm starting to see some definition in my arms!

It's small and you can barely notice it but it's definitely a start!
So I guess that's all for now...I'll update later. Weigh-in in 2 days!
