Dang the Doc

So, about three weeks ago I hurt my ankle playing Kinect. I'm a big fan of denial when it comes to getting hurt. If I pretend like it's ok, then it must be.
I finally went to the doctor yesterday and he said it's either a really bad sprain or a break in one of the small bones. Either way, I need to stay off it as much as possible and for goodness sake STOP GOING TO THE GYM (unless I plan on swimming).
I'm finally getting back on track with my workouts, eating better, and losing weight and now I've got to put that on hold until my ankle heals.
Any advice on workouts I can do without using my left foot?
