on this journey of working out and lossing weight i find my energy going higher.
i have had to give up many things i like but i am learning to eat a whole lot better.
i have lost 6 bls in week in half.
i am on a 900 cal diet and it is going well.
what i gave up to do this diet was cokes sweets and now i have to watch what i eat. but the best part of all is i get to eat three small meals a day which has made me fuller.
my digestive steam has started to work a whole lot better.
and i can fell the inches melting away.
my pants are getting losser has the days go by.
i am pround of the changes i have made in short time.
my goal is to lose 75 lbs. i have a great start to on the way.
for the first time in my life i am trying to diet my life time so when i lose the weight i wont gain it back again.
