Well, I made it through the plateau breaker two day period without any problems (Sunday/Monday).

I stuck close to home over the weekend.  Saturday, I didn't do anything because I just couldn't get started for some reason.  I guess I needed a day of rest.  I walked to a charity event in the city where I live and work called Guns and Hoses (police vs. firemen) football game to benefit Toys for Tots.  Kudos to those who attended!

Sunday is a whole other story.  I got up and started in on the yard.  Had to clear the back gardens out because of the many freezes we had this year.  Weeds, lots of weeds!  Bending over, lots of bending over..........OMG my legs are so sore I can barely sit down on my chair at work or God forbid the toilet!  OUCH!

In the process of doing the gardens, I needed a shovel so I went in the garage to get one and my OCD kicked in and for some reason I started cleaning out the garage too.  (The ex was nice enough to leave a bunch of his hoarding junk for me to clean out when he left....loser!)  Anyway, the garage is mostly clean and organized, the gardens are nice and I got all my bulbs and plants in the ground for the spring!

Unfortunately, I am slightly crippled for the next few days, but I won't let that stop me from doing anything that I need to do.

I actually have a date tonight, but we are going to The Outback, where I know what I can have and have it all planned out.  My next weigh in is tomorrow.

Still not cheating since October.........onward and downward (on the scale).  More details tomorrow!  Wish me luck!
