Week 4

Sooo I've lost a total of 5 lbs! Not bad...on average I lose 1.5 lbs a week. I probably could do better if I wasn't so horrible on the weekend... but that's ok. If I can diet like crazy all week long and then indulge on the weekend and still lose 1.5 lbs, I'm doing pretty good. Monday I skipped a workout :( which sucks. Also I might have to work late tonight which means I'll have to skip another workout. Hopefully they'll let me leave early. I did a pretty good workout yesterday, I'm pretty sure I burned more calories than what the workout tracker tallied but oh well.
Can we pleeeaasse get some more warm weather? It makes no sense that last Friday was 70 degrees and yesterday we got 6 inches of snow. So dumb. Blaaaah I just want to get outside and do stuff!!!
