my 3rd week of life-syle revamping is going pretty well.
I am on day 4 of my 20-minutes of Cardio daily, and I'm feeling good.
yesterday i decided to just skip the INTENSE cardio, and instead go for a nice brisk walk with my puppy and stroller (plus baby).
it worked out well for me, and i would like to make that a regular thing - but there's too many factors like weather and warmth for my baby - that could sink this as a regular plan, therefore it's a nice shift from my regular eliptical training at the spare of the moment, if the weather is cooperating once in a while...
