Ok so yesterday I started tracking calories.. I am sooo tired of trying to control what I put in my mouth and then beating myself up for eating crap.. Iam going to try a different approach for the month of April.. I am going to eat whatever I want and then when I hit 1200 calories stop eating until I wake up the next day.. we will see how this goes but.. I have to start somewhere and every time I "slip" I quit.. and I am tired of slipping and quiting so I am working on changing my thinking.. and thinking my way into right eating instead of feeling guilty and sabotaging myself.. I am sooo a food addict... ok well that is enough for today.. I am going to the beach and enjoy the sun and the ocean.. have a good one
