Wow, I never thought in 1986 when I graduated from High school that I would ever see this day. And i never in my wildest dreams thought that i would weigh 230 pounds. I have many positive things going on in my life right now despite being considered obese at only 5 feet 3 inches tall. Here I go. Lord please grant me strength to make the changes I need to in order to become a better healthier vessel of your will and to be able to enjoy life with my two wonderful sons to the fullest. So here we go.
