Today is going to be first day of my new life! I have many hurdles that I need to jump to become the healtheir me, but I wanna start with the weight issue first. I am a 26 year old mother and wife, I am 5'9 and I weight 205 lbs. I have tried plenty of fad diets the latest was the hcg diet which actcaully works if you don't burn alot of calories working like I do. I was woking out alot before I started the hcg and I lost 13 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks , but the hcg which i thought would help along the process only hendered me. I like to work out and you cant with it so i ate more. I finnaly gave up on that and decided to go back to the way that worked for me. Exercise and eating better. According to the height and weight chart I need to 36 lbs but I think that is to small. I want to use this as a tool to help me vent with others that are having the same issuse as myself. I want to be better.
