Stress .....gggrrrrrr

Well, I'm mid-way through my spring break fitness challenge to walk/jog 100 miles in 10 days. I've completed 58.5 so far - so I am happy with that. I think I just might do it!
The rest of my week has been crazy and full of stress! Since my husband is overseas right now, I've been left to deal with EVERYTHING!!! Broken faucet, computer problems and a mouthy teenagers...gggrrrrr!!!!

and he has only been gone 6 1/2 weeks. Even though the stress is there, how I choose to handle can be different. For the first time in a very long time, I didn't turn to food to comfort myself when things got tough and guess what??..........I survived!!!!
It's all about fixing what is broken when it comes to my relationship with food and I think I'm starting to get it.
