A month into this, and I'm still not losing weight, and I've gained inches. I'm having a serious "Why bother??" day. In fact, it's been a "why bother" couple of weeks.
I need to keep better track of my food and instead of eating 1700 calories of buttercream frosting, I need to eat 1700 calories of the good stuff. I think I'm going to try to start using the "prescribe meals" option on here...
