The first week of a new program

The first week of a new program is always the toughest for me mainly do to the fact that you are doing something different that you are not used and that your body isn't use too. Unfortunate for me this past week was the start of a new program one that I created that started with a week of full body exercises before I move onto the next 11 weeks which will be similar to that of a bodybuilder's routine. No I am not a bodybuilder I am a vegetarian who does personal training besides my full-time job but after reading articles I decided I wanted to see what would happen if a vegetarian decided to try bodybuilding. I had to make some numbers up try to figure out everything to the best of my ability as quickly as possible to see what would happen once I start this journey. For the most part I will keep everything pretty much a secret but after 11 more weeks I will hopefully have good or bad results ones that I will share with the rest of the world. I just need a place to put my thoughts where is better than an online blog for people to read than laugh at me? Exactly nowhere.
