Wow...I've been doing this thing for three months now. Dieting everday, working out at least 5 times a week. Yoga Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning. Hiking now that it's warmer at least once a week. Even Zumba (I look like a total idiot).
I think I've lost two pounds.
I wish right now I could truly say I'm happier 'cause I'm living a more healthy lifestyle...But I didn't really make a New Year's resolution to be healthier. I made a New Year's resolution to lose weight.
Is it medicine? Perhaps...but I can't not take my medicine. And I went off Birth Control about a month ago. Still nothing. I mean, I guess it could be worse: I could have gained a whole lotta weight going off birth control.
Enough poor-mouthing. I'm not quitting, it really is a life-style choice...I just want to see results.
