Average to Athlete Spirit

Started fresh 3/27/11. Lost 3 lbs as of 4/3/11. (First week in, not bad huh?) Felt as though I was a yo-yo in 2010 and first 3 months of 2011 with my weight. I was concentrating to much on my hypothyroidism (diagnosed in May 2010). I was determined to reverse it. Now that I have reversed the Hypothyroidism - 12/15/10 (with eating healthier and prescribed medication), I can concentrate on getting fit.
So my New Resolutions:
To make time for God everyday.
To have the mind of an athlete.
To eat right and log it everyday.
To put in at least 30 min. of cardio-exercise 6 days out of the week.
To be a better person and feel good about myself.
Here's to a Fresh Beginning! (Glass of almond milk in a wine glass.)
