Today starts the first day of my diet. In the past I have tried diets and failed and my weight has fluctuated ever since I can remember. Yesterday I decided that I am sick of being fat and I am ready to make weight loss a priority in my life.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds me that my body is not my own and that I was bought with price therefore I must glorify God in my body. This is my motivation.
My goal is to loose 33 pounds. My plan is to focus on 5 days at a time and to start with 2 things that I am going to stop doing and two things that I am going to start doing. My sister is going to be my accountability partner and she is also going to start making weight loss a priority in her life.
For these first five days I am going to:
Start: One cleanse day a week where I only eat raw fruits and vegetables.
Stop: Eating Cheese
Start: Journaling
Stop: Eating bread (not all carbs just cutting out sliced bread and substituting with wraps or other low carb options)
